The days are long, but the years are short. This saying is SO true when it comes to motherhood. You will never regret documenting your children as they grow and change. Those images only become more precious as time passes, their little fingers and toes, their toothless smiles, when they learn to sit or stand on their own! You can never go back in time, but photographs help us freeze those moments and help our memories live on for generations.
Session Information
A maternity session is a 60-minute experience designed to capture this incredibly unique time in your life. Most sessions take place during the third trimester, when your belly is beautifully pronounced, but you’re still feeling comfortable enough to move and enjoy the moment.
Your session can take place in the comfort of your home, at a favorite outdoor location, or in the studio (studio sessions available for an additional $50 fee). Together, we’ll create a simple mood board to refine the look and feel you’re drawn to so that when session day arrives, it feels relaxed, intentional, and effortless.
This is a time worth remembering. My goal is to help you slow down, feel radiant, and walk away with images that reflect not just how you looked, but how this season felt.
A newborn session is a gentle, baby-led experience designed to preserve the quiet magic of these first days. Ideally photographed within the first two to three weeks, when your little one is still tiny and sleepy, these sessions focus on natural connection and the tender details you never want to forget.
Sessions take place in the comfort of your home or in the studio (studio sessions available for a $50 fee). Typically sessions last about 60-minutes, but sometimes babies need a little extra time for feedings, diaper changes, or just some quiet snuggles. We will keep the pace unhurried and relaxed to create the most natural images possible. My role is simply to create space for you to be present, while documenting the beauty, emotion, and newness of this fleeting season.
These shorter form sessions are a great way to document milestones throughout the first year of your baby’s life as they grow and change so quickly. Typical intervals for milestones sessions are every 3 months as babies usually have large leaps in development at those times such as crawling, sitting, standing, and walking.
30-Minute Milestones Session locations can be chosen from a list of seasonal location around the South Hill OR in your home or the studio for an additional $40 fee. You will receive a curated online gallery of approximately 40-50 images for you to download and use for personal use approximately three weeks after your session date.

The Motherhood Collections were created to allow parents to document not just one section of parenthood, but rather a broader, more inclusive story of the first year+ of a child’s life, starting with a maternity session through a first birthday. Below are three collections to allow you to find the perfect way to capture your family’s journey.

This is for those who don’t want to miss a moment of the first year+ of their child’s life and want to turn those images into tangible products to enjoy daily.
